Thoroughly enjoyed Lille, the hotel was quiet in the neighbourhood of the Grand palais expo centre. The location was marvellous and excellent - 400 metres away from Zenith of Lille. It was also close to a supermarket and decent bar, the nearest metro stop, and the cafeteria.

We couldn't find reception.

The staff here were friendly, the room was affordable, and it had modern amenities like a TV and good furniture; the location was excellent, just a short walk to the Gran Palais metro line.

The accommodation was comfortable and the kitchenette well equipped. Despite its location near a major road network, it was surprisingly quiet. This may be, however, because our rooms faced away from this network. We were attending an event at the Grand Palais, for which the location was ideal

Practical space with reasonable bed & cooking facilities. Given the price range, enough space to relax in and quiet.

The tv did not work & there was no shampoo in shower/shower curtain poor quality. Corridor lights did not work on first day (& corridor is a tunnel!). Not as good as previous stay.

they rooms are nice and clean and your value for money is good. The rooms are nice and quite so you dont hear the traffic from tthe motorway.

Fundamentals. Everything you need for a self supported stay. Kitchen, living area, bedroom and services to maintain a long term stay.

1) Location: Located on the parameter of the city, backing a highway. 10 minute walk to a Metro station included area’s that were poorly lit. Very isolate location during evening hours. 2) Ala’carte stay. Everything from cleaning, to washing, to phone or internet service was an additional charge. The hotel was reasonably priced and in a good location for access to the city centre on foot. It is very close to the Pasteur Institute and Biological research departments and would provide a good base for visiting scientists. There was only one eating establishment open nearby, otherwise a walk into the city was required.

The reception area seems to be staffed only at certain times in the morning and afternoon. This is extremely inconvenient for guests who arrive out of these hours, since the front door is locked at these times. The situation of the hotel is in rather a "sterile" environment.

no conditioner which is crucial in summer, on the first floor no possibility to leave the window open for the night, thus no fresh air (((((

We were impressed by the spacious layout of the apaetment. The staff were approachable and helpful, giving us large cups for drinking tea and leaving luggage, ringing for a taxi..The breakfast were a bit prewrapped, but the coffe was good.

The location of this place is fantastic, situated near the Grand Palais expo center, and it is just a short 5-10 minute walk away.

The price was reasonable. Check-in staff were friendly

Hotel does not have any airconditioning in its rooms. The bed was a foldout sofa-bed, not a proper double bed. The room was not serviced or cleaned in any way throughout my 6 night stay.
